System Shock 2 Free PC Game Download, is a survival cum action RPG with some horror elements to it. System shock is designed by ken Levine and the co-development of Irrational Games and Looking Glass studios. At the beginning stages the game was supposed to be a standalone title game but midway during the development the game was changed to the 1994 PC game System shock’s sequel.
System shock was released in August 1999 for Microsoft Windows. Later the game was received with open arms and thus was ported on to other platforms like Mac OS X and Linux. The story of the game start when the main protagonist of the game finds himself stationed at a starship called “The vonbraun”. After the starship is attacked by an alien force the main character of the game wakes up from the cryo sleep. Players complete a variety of different objective for instances searching a lost object. Consequently players get rewards and they then spend these on a device called “Cyber-upgrade Units”, which in return enhances their skills.
Apart from CUUs there is another system called Operating System(O/S) units which allow players to make a one time character upgrade. The upgrade made through this system is permanent, For example health enhancements.

Nanites
The in-game currency in System Shock 2 is called “Nanites“. Players can earn Nanites through the completion of different objectives. Players then spend this money on items at vending machines which spit out ammunitions and health packs. These vending machines can be found within the terrains of the battle field.
Quantum Bio-Reconstruction Machines are unique machines which can reconstitute players once they die near this machine. Other than that players have to re-start the game from the previously saved point. In order to reconstitute players have to spend 10 Nanites.
Hacking!
Almost every electronic devices that benefit players can be hacked. Players for example can hack a keyboard which can be used to open alternate areas and vending machines, thus reducing the spending prices. When players attempt a hack, a minigame begins featuring a green grid. In order to succeed players have to connect three girds in a row. Optionally, electronic lock picks, called “ICE-picks”, can be found that will automatically hack a machine, regardless of its difficulty.

Weapons!
Through out the game players uses and obtained a variety of different weapons, which include melee weapons, pistols and alien weapons. Melee weapons needs constant repairs as they gradually degrades with usage. Apart from these different weapon types there are also a number of different ammunitions.
