This installment of the game is focuses on what was missing from the Original XCOM: Enemy Unknown. With still some apparent and user’s end bugs, XCOM 2 is more improvement to the XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Thanks to a new spin on the same great tactical combat, plus unpredictable maps and randomized objectives and loot, XCOM 2 is an amazing game I’ll easily put hundreds of hours into.

In XCOM 2, the You will assume the role of a commander of the XCOM military organization. The primary task of you company would be to resist the ongoing alien occupation of Earth. Played from a top-down perspective, the game uses turn-based tactics in which players issue commands to a squad of human soldiers to eliminate the aliens in a map and dependent on missions, complete secondary objectives. You will be given different missions. Most of these mission will be time restricted. You will have to complete it within several turns. Maps are procedurally generated to create a wide variety of levels.

The Start and Weapons
At the start of most missions, the player’s squad is concealed and will not be detected by enemies unless they attack or move to a nearby position. This allows players to ambush enemies, which provides combat bonuses. There are many camouflage tactics which helps you to plan a hidden attack. You can ambush your enemies and can cause maximum damages.
Character classes
XCOM 2 gameplay offers five characters classes. Each of these character classes offers soldiers their own abilities and skills for combating the enemies. The first class is the Grenadiers, which use explosives and grenades to destroy enemies. This class is useful in uncovering the enemies’ cover. The second class is the Specialists, possessing a special drone that improves your team’s health and defenses. Then there are Sharpshooter which serves snipers for your team. The last one is Psi Operatives which you will unlock later, as you progress through the game.
